(NCI) was founded in 2009 as a woman owned business, and began with the idea of giving its’ customers one point of contact to effortlessly handle all infrastructure cabling and carrier services management. NCI joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 56 in 2012. Neely Communications strives to be the leader in their field, and gives all customers straightforward answers, high skill level, and superior expertise of the telecommunications industry. In 2017, NCI became WBE Certified (Women Owned Business Enterprise) by WBENC, and is also certified with the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, as a WBE company, along with an SDBE company.
Headquartered in Erie, PA and servicing from Pennsylvania into New York and Ohio, Neely Communications focuses on the Great Lakes region, with customers ranging from Healthcare, to K-12 and Higher Education, to Manufacturing.
The telecommunications industry has many companies and providers that specialize in their specific niche, which leaves clients working with multiple companies to simply implement new telecommunications systems or open a new location. Neely Communications’ goal is to give clients one company to handle their entire projects for them. NCI also offers carrier services, including hosted phone systems, with availability to 146 carriers nationwide. NCI will place orders to the provider, project manage installation, coordinate cutovers, escalate trouble tickets when needed, and manage account for changes and/or questions throughout the life of the term with the provider. When clients are building new locations, or reconstructing existing locations, and looking for cabling work to be done or fiber to be terminated, NCI has highly qualified technician to meet their needs.
